Pathways Employment Specialists will work with you from day one. They’ll help you format your resume and cover letter, connect you with employers and open positions, and coach you through the process of interviewing. 

Their help doesn’t stop there. After you gain employment, our Employment Specialists will help you overcome any early hurdles, coach you through your first days of employment, and support you through interactions with your employer. You don’t need to go through it all alone.

Your training program at Pathways Career College includes ongoing career coaching and job search assistance with one of our skilled and well-connected Employment Specialists. After graduation, you’ll meet with your Employment Specialist weekly to discuss your progress and get tips on how and where to apply for jobs. Your Employment Specialist will work with local employers to help you make a connection to a career in your chosen field.
