Each program features a Co-Op program where students receive real-world experience in their field. This is a great opportunity to discover new talent for your business and provide meaningful experience to soon-to-be jobseekers.  

Our Employment Specialists can connect you to graduates who are trained, certified and ready to work. We lower the cost of hiring for hundreds of local employers, ensuring that their employees have the tools they need to be successful. Many local companies also contract our services for workplace certifications required by Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD).

We can support your staffing needs by:

• Identifying and pre-screening suitable candidates
• Referring candidates from our training programs for unpaid co-op placements of 1-2 weeks
• Offering financial incentives to assist employers with training costs
• Providing support in identifying and resolving workplace issues
• Supporting job retention by monitoring and coaching the employee’s progress
• Providing recruitment assistance and no-cost access to our job board in partnership with Pathways Employment Help Centre
• Offering space and coordination for job fairs and interviewing
• Coordinating apprenticeships
